Our web site has been designed to offer another way of letting our clients know what our company has to offer along side special promotions and our magazine. Here at the click of a mouse you can see all our products including flats, apartments, Town-houses, Rustic Villas, Luxury Villas, etc. This article will enable you to use our Web site to full advantage and get to know us better.

“Who we are” Here you can find a brief history of our company and what we have to offer
“Offers” In this section we show a wide range of properties we have available, some where you can move in immediately and others being built, including flats, apartments, villas, Town-houses, plots of land, urban plots, etc. This gives you the opportunity to see all our product range and make a wise choice between price and functionality.

Here you can choose what you would like to see, ie. Flats, Town-houses, Plots of land, urban plots, etc.
Once you’ve made your choice (Flats, Plots of land, villas, Town-houses, etc.) you will be shown each promotion we have available. To see the characteristics of each offer just `click´ over the image.
In this zone you can introduce your requisites such as; location, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, size of property and price range.
“Promotions” This has a list of all we have to offer taking into consideration your needs and wishes. If you click on to this section photos will show you each property available . On this page you can surf around each type of property. This section includes many subsections (fig. 3) such as:
1. General Data: Description of the property giving information such as: how many units, in which area it can be found, local services, etc.
2. Dwellings: You can choose which floor you would like to live on and which units are still available. With the mouse you can click on to the layout of the property and its dimensions.
3. Neighbourhood: You can see where the property is located in the urban (or rural) area.
4. Qualities: In this section the building materials and specifications are listed for each type of property.
5. Search: To find a specific property and all the background information that goes with it.
6. Street map: Here the property chosen will be shown in it exact location within the street map of the area.

In the central and right hand side of page the exclusive Progesw villas are shown and can be accessed with a `click´. . Below the images there are three options open to you :
1. Ready built models. Here you can see at first hand some of our properties which have their own proud owners you can see them with detailed images.
2. Personal Budget. In this section you will be able to feed in your personal demands, such as location, number of bedrooms, etc., and your price range. You will be shown a match with what we have to offer. When you are satisfied with your choice you can make a print out or send an e-mail indicating the reference.
3. A la Carte Budget. Here you can choose the model that most interests you and the plots of land we have to offer (see the option “Plot photos”) and the programme will automatically give you the price of that model and location. This can also be printed out or you can send an e-mail to us at Progesw.
“Magazine” Every six months we edit our company magazine containing many different articles related to our business. We have a digital version which includes each back copy up to print. To surf our magazine on screen there are 2 different areas (fig. 5):

Articles: In each magazine there are many aditional articles related to life here in Spain. When you click on a complete list will be shown.
“Contact” Here all our contact numbers and addresses are listed including phone numbers, fax and e-mail.
